Unfortunately I met this customer to late. The previous inexperienced contractor had put an incorrect pitch in the pad causing water to flow back to the house and puddle due to improper finishing and troweling. When we arrived the previous contractors forms were still in place and they were a mess. In addition to correcting existing work we also added a 1/4 circle to tie in one pad to the other and give a better flow to the pad.

We capped the pad using a 5 sack over sanded pea gravel with 80# of color with a semi-slick finish as this was going to be used as a basketball practice area.
